Zhenyi Zheng is an illustrator, comic creator and visual designer from China now based in the UK. In 2021 she obtained her MA Visual Communication(Illustration) at Royal College of Art.
Drawing from memory, observation and imagination, Zhenyi tells stories that explore the internal and external experiences of ordinary days. She loves to capture life details from unspoken objects, spaces and movements that are often ignored or unnoticed. Her drawings exist in a place between reality and fiction, conveying a dreamy quality mixed with an objective tone and sober perspective.
